BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER READ THIS:
When an order is placed by Credit Card, PayPal, or StormPay we are charged a processing fee, about one to three dollars per order. If instead you order by mailed personal check or moneyorder we donate the money saved by not paying these processing fees to Children International to help sponsor impoverished children. By following the fax instructions for ordering by Mailed Check/MoneyOrder there is no time delay in receiving your order as opposed to ordering through the other methods. PLEASE if at all possible pay by mailed personal check or moneyorder. Do this. . . You will be helping a child who badly needs the help and it will cost you no more!
During the winter months please do not request that your order be delivered to an address where the cultures can become frozen, like an outside mailbox. Sub-freezing temperatures may kill them.
Your order will be usually be sent out within 24 hours excluding weekends, delivery within the USA usually takes 3 to 5 days.
